Operating Theatre Nurse / ODP in Hertfordshire

We are looking for enthusiastic Operating Theatre Nurses / ODPs to join an existing friendly Theatre Team in Hertfordshire. The experienced theatre team provides extraordinary standards of care and practice in a multi-speciality environment.

It is essential that you are a qualified Nurse or ODP with experience within Anaesthetic, Scrub or Recovery. You will be covering arrange of specialities including a large number of orthopaedic procedures so a broad based background is important. Newly qualified nurses or ODPs will be considered as long as you have solid placement experience within an operating theatre environment. Training will be provided.

You should be able to demonstrate a professional accountabilty for the safety and quality of clinical practice, liaise with senior staff on issues related to patient care and patient and staff safety and maintain effective relationships with staff, consultants and patients.
