Lead Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) in Surrey

Our Client, a busy medium sized hospital are currently looking for an experienced Theatre Lead ODP to join their team in Surrey.

The position will involve working closely with the Operating Theatre Manager to provide a cost effective and efficient service, deputising for the Operating Theatre Manager, developing the theatre team and ensuring patient care is as high as possible.

Your duties and responsibilities include;
- Working closely with the Operating Theatre Manager.
- Deputising for the Operating Theatre Manager.
- Ensure the smooth running of the theatres.
- Ensure patient care is your top priority.
- Developing and working closely with the Theatre team.
- Staying clinical; assisting in anaesthetics or recovery as qualified to do so.

The successful candidate will be an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) HPC PIN number and experience working in a senior theatre or theatre lead role. The ENB 176/182/183 or equivalent courses are desirable and you must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
