Right now, we’re looking for an inspirational clinical leader, who is a talented innovator who can lead and achieve continuous development in all aspects of theatre services.
This challenging and exciting role will encompass the development of new services, and the management of the operating theatre suite which has four fully equipped operating theatres, Endoscopy Unit, Recovery and Anaesthetics, providing high quality healthcare services in numerous specialities including General, Bariatrics, Cosmetic surgery & reconstructive surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology.
As Operating Theatre Manager, you will assume responsibility for the leadership and management of this busy and fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. As a registered practitioner, you should therefore be able to demonstrate extensive acute surgical experience, with highly developed communication and people management skills, and a focus on leadership and the continued development of services, whist ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of patient care. A specialist clinical area of interest, and insight into private healthcare services would be advantageous.
