Operating Theatre Manager in Surrey

Operating Theatre Manager - Surrey - Full Time - Permanent - £38,000 to £40,000

This is a small private hospital, part of a group of leading healthcare providers, are looking for an experienced Operating Theatre Manager to join this busy team in Surrey.

This role will involve providing overall management and co-ordination of the services within the theatre and Endoscopy suit.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Leading and managing the service delivery.
- Developing a comprehensive multi year strategic plan and annual operating plan for the department.
- Selecting, appointing and retention of theatre staff.
- Annual workforce analysis; monitoring staff turnover.
- Training and development of theatre staff.
- Working to KPIs for the workforce, budget and purchasing.
- Formulation of the departmental budget.

The successful candidate will have:
- Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualifications.
- Valid NMC or HPC PIN number.
- Experience working as a Theatre Manager.
- Excellent communication skills and be a team player.
- ENB 998 or equivalent.
