The hospital has refreshed its management structure to reflect the new initiatives and opportunities ahead and is looking to recruit a Director of Clinical Services with extensive healthcare experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong operating theatre management experience and have the drive and ambition to really take ownership of the clinical side of the business to achieve continued success.
• To manage the clinical governance framework within the hospital
• To manage the provision of 24 hour clinical services in the Hospital
• To help maximise the operational and financial performance of the hospital, working closely with the senior management team and other stakeholders
• To co-ordinate and maintain the delivery of safe clinical quality and care standards in the Hospital
