Working in partnership with the NHS, this medium sized private hospital based in Middlesex, enables consultants to undertake a variety of procedures from routine to complex surgery. They are currently looking for an Anaesthetics Practitioner to join their team.
This role will involve assisting the Anaesthetist, Surgeons and the rest of the operating theatre team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Assisting the Anaesthetist peri-operatively
- Working in the recovery department post-operatively
- Checking the anaesthetics/ recovery equipment is maintained in good order
- Working effectively as part of a team
The successful candidate will be an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC or HPC PIN number and experience working in anaesthetics and recovery. You must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
