Harriet Ellis has a requirement for an experienced operating theatre professional to join this busy department in the capacity of Operating Theatre Manager.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience of working within a multi-specialty operating theatre environment and have experience of supervising staff and leading teams.
As well as allowing you to retain an element of hands on clinical duties, this post will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to form part of the senior management team which in turn, will enable to you to help take the hospital forward as a whole and not just the theatre department.
You must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and supervisory skills and be able to thrive in what is a very busy department. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Manager or a strong Deputy or Lead Practitioner who is ready to make the step up.
