Our client is part of a leading group of health care providers in the UK. They are based in beautiful landscaped gardens and offer a variety of procedures including cosmetic, gynae and orthopaedics procedures.
We are currently looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join and lead the endoscopy team where patients undergo diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures. You will have a good understanding of endoscopy procedures and be familiar with the setting up and cleaning of scopes. You will be leading a team of 5, working across the endoscopy unit, day surgery unit and the day ward.
You will be able to follow the patient through the full patient journey in this role and see the patients at different stages of their treatment.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working in a day case environment and endoscopy. You will be a Senior Nurse, with experience of leading a team and have the ability to motivate and support others in their roles. You must also be familiar with the patient pathway.
