Our Client, part of a large group of healthcare providers are looking for an experienced Operating Theatre Practitioner to lead their Anaesthetics and Recovery teams.
This role will include leading the Anaesthetic and Recovery Teams, whilst remaining clinical within anaesthetics.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the Anaesthetic and Recovery Teams
- Assisting the Anaesthetist throughout surgical procedures
- Mentoring and supervising junior members of the team
- Managing a team of 6/7 people
The successful candidate will be either an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC or HPC pin number. You must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
