Orthopaedic Team Leader in Surrey

Our client, a hospital set in a rural environment, who are part of a group of leading healthcare providers, are looking for an experienced orthopaedic Scrub Nurse.

Reporting directly to the operating Theatre Manager; this role will involve scrubbing across 3 operating theatres for orthopaedic procedures as well as other procedures including gynaecology and urology when required. This position would be an ideal 'step up' for someone looking to take on more responsibility.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Scrubbing for orthopaedic procedures
- Managing a team of 4-5 people
- Assisting with the smooth running of the operating theatres

The successful candidate will be an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC or HPC PIN number and experience working as a Scrub Nurse in orthopaedic procedures. You must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
