Our client is a leading global healthcare company employing thousands of people across the world and enjoying a turnover in excess of £130Million in the UK alone.
We are urgently looking, due to expansion of a division, for two Managers one for the south of the UK and one for the North of the UK. Both these managers will report directly into the Sales Director for the division and will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and managing a team of regional clinical nurse advisors. You will be tasked with monitoring in-field activity to attain sales, profit and patient retention targets.
You will be confident and able to develop sales plans and strategies to your team as well as identifying and building rapport with key opinion leaders and supporting the implementation of care pathways.
You will invariably be clinically trained and have good commercial acumen - you will need superb knowledge of the NHS purchasing structures and ever changing pathways.
