You will be a dynamic individual with a strong character & proven track record to support & develop the team to deliver a first class patient experience.
You will be expected to review, develop, update & implement policies & procedures as well as ensuring compliance by the team to National Care Standards & other legislative requirements.
As an experienced practitioner, you’ll also be ‘hands-on’ as part of the team & have good working knowledge across a wide range of procedures.
You will have at least 2 years experience as a senior staff member & applications from existing Deputy Operating Theatre Managers are most welcome.
