This position has a focus on General Surgery, Urology and Gynaecology and will give you the opportunity to move away from a clinical hands-on role and move towards increasing your leadership skills through driving, educating, developing and empowering your team. It is essential that you have a proven focus on clinical and managerial leadership, the ability to commit to the development of clinical governance frameworks, the capabilities to deliver organisational and service objectives and of course, experience and a passion for theatre nursing.
