Our client, a medium sized hospital in Glasgow, who have 2 theatres based just outside Glasgow City Centre are currently looking to recruit a Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner.
We are looking for a RGN (plus anaesthetics qualification) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) qualified Theatre Practitioner who has anaesthetics and recovery experience and ideally management experience to bring to this role. You will be responsible for looking after the scheduling, recruitment and general people management in the theatres as well as mentoring new and junior members of staff. Policies and procedure reviews will also be under your remit. You must be a team player with the ability to lead and direct a team.
