A report has been published today (Friday, 8th November 2013) by the National Audit Office (NAO) on maternity services in England.
Commenting on the report Cathy Warwick, chief executive of the Royal College of Midwives, said: “This is a very important report which backs up and vindicates what we have been saying for a very long time.
