This a great opportunity for an effective communicator, with leadership skills to support the Day case Lead Nurse and team leaders in managing the current team. You will provide supervision, mentorship and assessment of junior colleagues, lead Advanced life support service provision, ensuring the provision of a safe Perioperative environment for patients, staff and visitors and to undertake staff appraisal of members of the specialist team and facilitate the achievement of their agreed professional development.
