Operating Theatre Manager

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Operating Theatre Manager to join a busy and focussed team
You will be a key member of the Senior Clinical Team, and will be will essential in the development plans for the hospital as well as being responsible for the delivery of customer and financial results for the Theatre Suite.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong track record of leading and developing a high performing theatre team. It is essential that you are committed to your team and developing the high quality acute care.
As the Theatre Manager you will be providing leadership for all Theatre staff, develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders e.g. Consultants, Care Quality Commission, build effective controls for the monitoring and management of the Nursing, ODP and HCA services and deliver effective action plans for continuous improvement and ensure the Key Performance Indicator targets are achieved by Theatre
Its is essential that you have a strong clinical background in acute surgical care , a proven track record in delivering a change agenda and a solid background in leading and developing a team and being part of a team. You should also have experience and confidence in effectively managing finances and budgets.
