You will be either RGN or ODP qualified with at least five years experience working at a senior level in a UK operating theatre. You will have a demonstrable track record, and a natural flair for providing and facilitating appropriate training for all staff within the operating theatre environment. It will be part of your role to ensure that good clinical practice is consistently delivered and to promote the well being of all patients and operating theatre personnel. You will have a comprehensive clinical background and excellent communication skills to be able to assume a close working relationship with the Senior Management Team, the Operating Theatre, Cath Lab & Cardiology teams and Consultant staff.
