This role requires an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who has current experience working at a senior level in a UK theatre. You will have a demonstrable track record that exhibits an exceptional maturity to your leadership and change management skills, as well as your clinical prowess. You will be self motivated and will have an inspired attitude which will assist you in being a confident and encouraging direct line manager.
Your role will include taking responsibility for the entire Theatre Suite, SSD and its staff, effective theatre utilization, ensuring flexible staffing and budgeting. Senior Sisters / Senior ODPs will also be considered for this position.
